TIPS:

1. Download the utility files first. It's not needed if already downloaded.
2. Extract the utility files and open the cdynconfig.php located in project/cdynconfig.php and change the database configuration and site path.
3. To copy the code first click on the Select Code or focus on the code box, press (Ctrl + A) and then press (Ctrl + c) to copy and pasted (Ctrl + v) on the blank PHP documents. Label each page as indicated above on the code box. Put the [FORM CODE] and [SERVER CODE] files in project folder.
4. Execute the table structure generated in the [DATABASE CODE] box in your database.
5. If you have saved [JSON FORM] data in your system, then execute it by copying and paste in the Load Saved Data tab
